Guest access The apartment is approximately 550 m from the edge of Itaguá, Aquarium of Ubatuba and Praça da Baleia. Which allows for a pleasant walk. 500 m from the charming Guarani street, which has several shops, restaurants and paid parking. Gasoline station, small market with hortifruti, shopping and pharmacy near the property (approximately 700m). The nearest beaches are Tenório (3 km), Praia Grande (3.3 km) and Perequê-Açu Beach (2,8 km). Itaguá beach is not recommended for bathing, but allows for a pleasant walk, run, bike ride. The waterfront has a skatefront (1 km away), bike path and fitness equipment. Other things to note We do not provide bed and bath linens. There is no air-conditioning; what appears in the photo is not working. We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. (subject to a fine by the city of Ubatuba). It is strictly forbidden for other people who are not part of the reservation to enter the condominium. After the reservation is made, it is only possible to add more days to the package, as well as other guests, by making extra payments. Do not leave objects in the parking space. Barbecuing is not allowed. The apartment's power voltage is 110v. The TV is 24 inches, not a smart TV, and is connected only to the common antenna, with access to open channels, which may go off the air in bad weather. There are three cans for recyclable, organic and aluminum waste in the common area of the building, near the parking space.
