Upstairs, the master bedroom features a large walk-in closet with custom shelving, and an ensuite complete with a steam shower (jetted tub function is not available), dual vanities, and a gorgeous sky light to make the ensuite a true sanctuary. Three generous bedrooms upstairs are matched by the large basement bedroom with ample storage. All bedrooms have a generous closet with custom built-ins. There are a two full bathrooms upstates with a bathtub and a full bathroom downstairs. The rest of the basement showcases a huge media room complete with a wet bar/kitchenette. Street parking up to 150m away from the house is available for up to 2 cars, but due to city bylaws, the license plates must be registered prior to parking. If guests has the 3rd small car, it can be parked inside the garage, but kindly notify in advance during booking. The house is incredibly close to Erlton/Stampede train station at only a 5 minute walk away from Stampede grounds. Erlton station is only 2 stops away from the downtown core. Both the downtown Core and Chinook shopping centres, which are the largest shopping centres in Calgary. Guest access Guest will be provided with the passcode for key pad entry before arriving at the house. Note that for safety purposes, keypad pass codes to the house will be changed after each guest's stay. During staying at the house, you will have access to the followings: - Access to the entire house. - One crib, one toddler bed, two high chairs and two baby floor seats . - Two TVs with Netflix, Kodi box with TV at the main floor and Apple TV with TV downstairs - Washer and dryer - High speed Wi-Fi (Shaw 300). Password is provided inside the house. - Safe, free street parking (Guest to provide license plate no.'s prior to arrival for visitor parking registration with CPA) - Guest can enjoy the Keurig machine with coffee and tea provided - Kitchenware also for guest's preferences to cook and dine at home - Both the BBQ and garage are not for guest use, sorry for any inconveniences!
