The space This apartment is a private, functional, and peaceful space, designed for short- and mid-term stays for remote workers who want to experience the Sacred Valley at their own pace. It features a separate bedroom, private bathroom with hot water, a fully equipped kitchen for everyday use, and a private balcony with open views of gardens and mountains. Everything is designed to help you work with focus, rest well, and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the Sacred Valley. The property is part of a small, quiet complex surrounded by green areas. This is not a large tourist accommodation or a place for parties. It’s a space for those who value silence, comfort, and a genuine connection with the rural environment and nature around the property. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their mini apartment, including a private bedroom, bathroom with hot water, equipped kitchen, and private balcony. They may also use the shared areas of the property: large gardens, relaxation spaces with hammocks, a fire pit, and a grill, always respecting the peaceful atmosphere and other guests. The property features a shared jacuzzi, located in a covered area. Its use is available for an additional fee, requires advance reservation, and is subject to availability and established schedules. It is not for unrestricted or continuous use. There is also a shared laundry room, available for mid- and long-term stays, upon coordination. The main entrance to the property is shared, similar to a small rural condominium. Each mini apartment has its own independent entrance. This accommodation is designed for rest, remote work, and quiet coexistence. It is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Other things to note + Rural and quiet location: The property is located in Huarán, a rural area of the Sacred Valley known for its silence, nature, and low density of neighbors. In exchange, urban services such as restaurants, banks, and large supermarkets are not within walking distance. + Getting around: We are approximately 1 km from the main road that connects to Cusco and other towns in the Sacred Valley. Public transportation is available, but for greater comfort we recommend having a car or coordinating transportation. We can share contact details for trusted local drivers. + Natural environment: As this is a countryside setting, occasional insects are normal, especially during certain seasons. The property is clean and well maintained, but it is not a sealed urban environment. + Weather: January to March is the rainy season. This is part of life in the Valley and may affect outdoor plans. + Internet: We offer fiber-optic internet (25–35 Mbps), stable and suitable for remote work.
