Very comfortable and safe with a suite, two very cozy bedrooms and two more bathrooms, desk with ergonomic chair, 75 MBS Wi-Fi internet, hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, full kitchen, living room with Smart TV, gourmet area with barbecue, small 2.5 X 2.5 m pool at room temperature (NO HEATING) and garage for up to 3 cars. The space Cozy, well-located and safe house, close to Highway BR-277 and Paraguay, close to Vila A's shopping center, with supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and various stores. Small market with bakery, butcher shop and fruit shop one block away. We provide sheets, pillows and bath towels, but we do not have blankets. House with electronic gate, electric fence and monitoring cameras outside. Showers with fine temperature adjustment, hand shower next to the toilet and shower stall. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, dish towels, utensils, capsule coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes and glasses. Guest access Cleaning and changing of bed linens and towels can be contracted separately from the rental amount. Our staff enters the common areas: backyard, living room and kitchen. We have the pool attendant, the gardener and eventually the technician to carry out some maintenance on the house, accompanied by our manager. It works like a guesthouse. Privacy is in the room, not in the common areas. Our staff only access the rooms during the stay if there is a request for cleaning and prior authorization from the guests. We also have cameras outside, as described in the ad. Other things to note We do not allow visitors, even if they are temporary. Any unauthorized entry into the property is treated as a home invasion and the military police are called.
