This property doesn't serve food but provide kitchen for self cooking , items for cooking to be bought by guests. 6. Right to admission is at the discretion of Property owner. 7. Consumption of alcohol and smoking not allowed. 8. Damage to the property will be charged from the guest staying and responsible for the damages directly or indirectly. 9. Valid Identity proof ID is required for entry showing details, photos and address of the guests. 10. If guests found suspicious and misbehaving to the property owner or staff you right to admission to the property will be terminated instantly. 11. Parties not allowed. ex- Birthday party and group alcoholism. Guest access 2 guests can use , 1 room with common areas. For booking of entire villa you can use complete property. But rooms can only be used as per number of occupants. Common areas are also used by owner and caretaker. eg. 2 people will not be allowed to use all the rooms and they can access only the rooms allotted to them.
