Since the apartment faces a courtyard it is very quiet even being located in a very lively street. The apartment features 2 bedrooms (including a master), a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, two bathrooms (one connected to the master) and an additional toilet. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed (160×210), a television with cable and Chromecast, while the second bedroom offers a double bed (140×210).
