2 Rooms & Bathroom independent from the Main House

There are 2 rooms connected to each other and a bathroom. In each room there is a bed, in one there is a double bed and in the other there is a single bed In one there is a counter with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, small refrigerator, electric oven, and dishes for 2 people. A sink for washing dishes and a drainer. We provide a set of sheets for each bed and a set of towels for each guest. The space It's a very large old house, lots of privacy and silence. It has a garden with trees and lots of vegetation, a large swimming pool, several areas to sit and/or eat, and a grill. In one of the 2 rooms there is everything to make something to eat: small refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, tea bags, coffee, sugar, sweetener, salt and pepper. The nice thing is being in an apartment but not in a building, but going out and directly entering the garden with a swimming pool, a table to eat outside under a pergola. Guest access Guests have access to a covered area for bicycles, the grill with a table under a pergola, the terraces, the garden, and the pool. Since it is very deep and has no bars, we cannot accept guests with small children who cannot swim!! Other things to note It is a very spacious and comfortable house with a beautiful garden, located in a very wooded and quiet residential neighborhood and 10 minutes from the Rio de la Plata. However, it has transportation 300m away (Train to Capital, buses everywhere). There are also all kinds of shops nearby and also restaurants. This apartment is separate from the main house with access to the patio and garden
