Outside the condominium, there is a small soccer field that can be used. There is also a barbecue in the condominium, near the soccer field, however, advance booking is required, where a usage fee is charged and the rule is to clean up what you mess up. (It is deactivated due to construction). Other things to note 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 NOTE: To avoid future inconveniences, it is necessary to correctly fill in the number of people who will be staying, as it is the website that calculates the exact amount. 🔌Attention: In Rio das Ostras the voltage is 110v. However, the apartment has a single 220v outlet. 🧹The property will be delivered clean and organized. Therefore, the apartment should be returned to the host, at a minimum, organized and with care for the furniture and utensils, as these are evaluation criteria for the stay. Just be careful not to leave what you used dirty or messy, especially in the kitchen! 🎶 Loud music or parties are not allowed, as well as the presence of people who are not included in the reservation.
