Waterfront, newly renovated, plaster, nearby beach gym, weights for working out, microwave, stove, Netflix TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, fans, private bathroom, monitored condominium, elevator, refrigerator, restaurant next door. Preferably, no cleaning fee is charged if the guest collaborates in the cleaning. I live in the apartment and rent the rooms. Other things to note The apartment has a camera in the living room, clearly visible, always on, filming only the shared living room and kitchen area
