We are in one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. A short walk from the Petruzzelli Theater, in the "Umbertino" neighborhood, the coolest and most elegant in the city. Full of restaurants and nightclubs, you can enjoy our typical dishes, take a walk on the promenade that you will see overlooking our balconies or reach the old town in about 5 minutes on foot. BA07200691000049389 The space The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you will also have a bright and spacious balcony where you can sip a glass of wine. Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Guest access In Italy, there is a T.U.L.P.S. law, Article 109, which obliges us as managers of non-hotel facilities to register our guests with the State Police portal. We will therefore ask you upon arrival to provide us with your identity documents: passport and identity card are the only ones recognized in Italy (we do not accept a driver's license). Other things to note Upon request, for a small surcharge of €20 for the entire stay, we can provide you with a high chair and a cot (complete with anti-suffocation pillow, sheet and blanket carefully washed).
