Little house in the woods, close to the ocean beaches

For nature lovers! A little corner in the middle of the forest, inside a Village-Farm, at the foot of the Serra da Tiririca State Park Reserve. And close to the most beautiful beaches in the Oceanic Region of Niterói (Less than 7 km from the beaches of Itacoatiara, Itaipu and Lagoa de Itaipu, which gives access to Camboinhas Beach) ATTENTION: For New Year's Eve and Carnival periods, we are prioritizing reservations of at least 3 or 4 people, for a minimum period of 4 days. The space It is a small and simple house, but cozy and cared for with great affection to deliver a good stay. It has an outdoor area (yard and garden), allowing for good times outdoors. The little house is located within a wooded site. It is like a small village, with a few houses, creating greater tranquility. But in any case, it is a calm region, without episodes of violence. Even though it is inside a ranch, the house is independent, with an exclusive yard, allowing privacy for guests. On the street of the site there are some spaces to park a car, one of them is in front of the house (shown in the photo). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire area of the house and its backyard. For stays of up to two people, the largest double room will be available. For stays with more than two people, the second bedroom will also be available*. But everything can be discussed. Pets may be allowed, subject to evaluation (according to size and behavior, since the house has a vegetable garden and garden) and payment of an additional fee. *Second bedroom will only be available for stays with more than two people and with reservations made in advance. Please check the possibility before you book. Other things to note The little house is in the most rural/bucolic region of the neighborhood, with access via dirt streets. It is about 800 meters from the asphalt, where the neighborhood square is located, surrounded by the main shops (market, bakery, pharmacy and health post) and bus stop.
