Scandic Sørlandet in Kristiansand is one of the region’s largest conference hotels, accommodating everything from small day meetings to larger national conventions and conferences. If you're looking for an active family stay, we're located right next to Dyreparken (Kristiansand Zoo). The hotel is within walking distance of Norway's largest shopping center, Sørlandssenteret, offering a variety of shops and activities like go-karting and indoor playgrounds. We're located 15 minutes east of Kristiansand city center and 10 minutes from the airport. Free parking is available (subject to availability) right outside the hotel, with space for 165 cars. There are also frequent bus departures to downtown Kristiansand. The hotel features a garden with an outdoor pool, kept at 26°C (open from mid-June to mid-August). We also have a large gym, and if you prefer walking or jogging, there are excellent trails on either paved roads or through the vast forest directly behind the hotel.
