This exclusive Boutique Bed and Breakfast offers a unique and refined experience, with common areas that boast a breathtaking view of the Duomo. The property has 5 rooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms, double and quadruple. Guests can enjoy complimentary drinks that are always available, a relaxation area, and a personalized breakfast. We are located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), in the city center. The space "Residenza Madiba Bed and Breakfast" is located in the beating heart of Florence, a short walk from the Duomo, surrounded by artisan shops, restorers and decorators, as well as museums and magnificent palaces. The property offers a total of 6 rooms, each with access via codes provided after booking, allowing self check-in and check-out in complete freedom. Common areas include cozy lounges, a relaxation area, and a terrace with a partial view of Florence Cathedral. Guests can enjoy a fridge bar that is always available, with free drinks and snacks. Breakfast is included and served from 8:00 to 10:00. In respect of the environment, for stays longer than 7 nights, towels and sheets are changed on the fourth day, unless otherwise agreed. Every morning, guests can choose from a personalized menu, designed to adapt to the different tastes and rhythms of the day. All products are prepared fresh and selected with great attention to quality and origin. Our breakfast tells the story of the region: Bread and pastries arrive every day from a renowned Florentine pastry shop, while most of the ingredients are of local origin, chosen from small producers and local businesses. To complete the offer, a selection of artisanal yogurts from Trentino, chosen for their authentic and natural taste. Gluten-free options and vegetarian options are always available, because we believe that a successful experience should be inclusive, simple and uncompromising. Breakfast is served with discreet elegance, leaving room for the aromas, flavors, and pleasure of starting the day calmly. Every detail is designed to make the guest feel welcomed, without formality, in an intimate and relaxed environment. Guest access The common areas of the Madiba Residence include two lounges, one of which offers a panoramic view of the Cathedral of Florence. Guests can enjoy a breakfast room and a small terrace overlooking the Cathedral. The residence is on the second floor of a building with an elevator, which can accommodate up to two people. Each room has a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests. During your stay Massimiliano and Jessica will always be available for questions or concerns. It is important to communicate your estimated arrival time and prepare your identification documents before check-in. After the first check-in, you will be given the card/key that you will use to open all the doors. Alternatively, you can log in with the codes we will provide you after booking. Massimiliano and Jessica will be available for anything you need during your stay. Other things to note This space is designed and designed in every detail to allow a pleasant stay for all our guests. We are sure you will be happy here. We are located in the heart of the city, in the center, allowing you to visit everything on foot and reach the central station in 10/15 minutes on foot or the airport in 15 minutes by car. We are available to book taxis and restaurants, and to provide information about our tour guides or food tours with trusted partners. RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT - linen change: For stays longer than 7 nights, towels and sheets will be changed on the fourth day, unless otherwise agreed. Extra changes on request are available for a fee: 15 euros for towels, 20 euros for bed linen. Room tidying every other day (never on Sundays) upon request between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. by placing the “Make up the room” card outside the door. Breakfast is always included from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the upper floor (12 steps up the stairs). Check-in from 2:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. We are located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the heart of Florence. If you are driving, you can enter the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) only if you then park in one of the many parking lots that will register your license plate. Parking fees are all the same. An alternative is to park at Villa Costanza (inexpensive highway parking) and then take the tram to reach us. Have a great stay!
