Please note that this home may not be suitable for young children due to the open staircase design. For adults or older guests, it provides a serene escape with modern comforts. With a convenient study area and separate laundry cupboard equipped with washer and dryer, Leafy Street Townhouse ensures a hassle-free stay. While this property is listed as 'pet friendly' we do still require you to notify us if you would like to bring your pet and let us know what type of pet/breed it is. We will then advise if your pet is approved. If approved you will still be required to pay a $130 pet fee via our guest portal during the on-line check in process. Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
