The Apartment is a great accommodation choice for couples, families, groups of friends or even individuals who seek to spend their holidays living the local life of Zakynthos island! The Apartment is located on a detached ground floor building & has a size of 80sqm. It offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed & an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (possibility of becoming a double bed) & an en-suite bathroom as well with a walk-in shower. The third & last bedroom is equipped with a double bed. All bedrooms offer A/C, a safe deposit box & a smart TV (43''). The Apartment offers an open plan living room with dining & kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, while the living room offers a comfortable sofa & a Smart Tv of 55''. The window doors open to a furnished veranda (with a dining table & a sitting area) that offers amazing sea & city views. Following the exterior stairs (from the veranda) guests will be led to the roof veranda, where a jacuzzi & an additional sitting area are located. Here you will have the chance to indulge yourselves at your private jacuzzi while enjoying sea & city views. The Apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people, while a baby cot can be also fitted free of charge for a child up to 2 years of age, upon request & prior notification. Guest access Guests have full access to the Apartment & its exterior areas. Other things to note A private outdoor Jacuzzi is facilitated, which operates seasonally (ONLY between 01 May to the 15th of October). NOTES: 1. Please, also be aware that the jacuzzi is exterior, therefore it is directly affected by the climate & in times of lower temperatures, the jacuzzi may not reach its maximum heating temperature. 2.
