Sul Maravilha - coastal nature and comfort!

In Sul Maravilha you are there, in the Serra do Mar State Park and enjoy a forest reserve on the coast with 270 meters of frontage and access to the sea. It's not just renting a space, it's living inside a 20,000 m2 forest reserve! On the coast, you can see Alcatrazes, the sea, diving, fishing and the pool - one of the most beautiful in Ilhabela! If you want to party, in 7 min. by car in the opposite direction, you arrive at the beautiful and famous Praia do Curral. Heading south, in ten minutes, is the Bonete trail! Special The space Under the leafiest fig trees of Ilhabela, Sul Maravilha is composed of a House this link, and two chalets. The buildings are in the same area and are independent, with the chalets being for two people. The house has three suites, a living room and a balcony that is actually another living room! The kitchen is super-equipped. The house accommodates 6 people in total comfort. In a separate kiosk, there is a barbecue and a shower. Going down a trail and staircase of 84 steps with handrail, you reach the coast. There, a deck, shower, lawn to relax, another trail and the pool! In the pool, bar, bathroom, shower and table for snacks. Wherever you are on the coast, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in Ilhabela, facing Alcatrazes. Good swimmers, on calm sea days, can venture out because, right in front, there is a shipwreck that attracts groups from the local diving schools; this part is at your own risk! Sul Maravilha is a special space in nature - we do not allow loud music. We provide hot and cold air-conditioning in all the rooms! Guest access The entrance is through an electric gate or a side entrance, which gives access to the parking lot; the occupants of the main house are guaranteed two parking spaces for cars and, if they come with more cars, it will depend on availability. In a separate space, in the barbecue area, equipped with a refrigerator, we also have the shower. The coast is accessible by a demanding 84-step staircase/trail, and there you will be facing the most beautiful sunset on the island. Other things to note The trail to the coast and pool is in nature and has a steep descent - it is excellent for those who are in good shape and not recommended for people with mobility issues. Our water supply, like that of all properties after the neighborhood of São Pedro, does not have Sabesp. The water comes from the waterfall, which is wonderful for health, but it can have irregularities, both in periods of heavy rain and in periods of drought. Throughout Ilhabela, we eventually have interruptions in the supply of electricity and also the internet; we try to prevent this as much as possible by having two providers.
