Guest access Access is via a key box located on the outside of the front door. You will receive the link to the digital check-in directly via a message in Airbnb shortly after your booking. Please enter your personal details, email address and an identification document - this will ensure that access is only granted to authorized guests. The access data for the key box will be sent to you automatically by e-mail (to the address given at check-in) on the day of arrival at 15:00. All you have to do is complete the digital check-in - everything else is automated. Other things to note The apartment is located at Koloniestraße 100 in Duisburg, directly on a busy main street with good connections. Thanks to the rear of the building, you can still enjoy a quiet view of the greenery - ideal for switching off after an active day. Parking: Parking is possible directly in front of the house for a limited time with a parking disk. Longer-term parking is available in the immediate vicinity at the Sparkasse, which we will be happy to inform you about on arrival.
