Authentic Greenlandic semi-detached house, with loft upstairs. 35 m2 west-facing terrace with evening sun and spectacular sea views of the Disko Bay ice fields and Disko Island. Possibility of whale. The house is located high in quiet house neighborhood at the end of small closed road. Short walk to shopping in the city center (grocery store and 2 supermarket), restaurants, close to "Gul Vandrerute" to Isfjorden. The home is suitable for 3 people, but can be used by 4, (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 box spring mattresses in the loft). Other things to note The home must be cleaned and handed over in the same condition as at the time of receipt. However, the bed linen should simply be placed on the floor in front of the washing machine.
