Authentic Greenlandic double house, with loft. 35 m2 west-facing terrace with evening sun and spectacular sea views to the Disco bay icebergs and Disko Island. Possibility of whale. The house is located high in quiet house neighborhood at the end of small closed road. Short walk to shopping in the city center (grocery store and 2 supermarket), restaurants, close to "Gul Vandrerute" to Isfjorden. The accommodation is suitable for 3 people, but can be used by 4, no children under 8 years, (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 box mattresses (bunk bed) The space Older authentic Greenlandic wooden house (double house) furnished with entrance, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen in conjunction with living room, bedroom/living room with double bed (built 2021), as well as smaller original bedroom with 3/4 bed. Other things to note The home must be cleaned and handed over in the same condition as at the time of receipt. However, the bed linen should simply be placed on the floor in front of the washing machine.
