Morada do Preto is situated in a rural area with a privileged view of the preservation area of the Serra do Tabuleiro State Park. Great for those who want to relax in the middle of nature. The house has an air-conditioned bedroom, a living room attached to the full kitchen, a well-ventilated balcony, and an outdoor area with a barbecue grill and pool table. The space We are located in a privileged area with a lot of comfort for those who want to relax. As it is the penultimate house on the easement, we have great privacy and contact with the nature that surrounds us. The house is on the second floor, but has a separate entrance. It has an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The kitchen is complete, with a four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, blender, pots, dishes, and the basics so you can prepare a delicious meal. The space is integrated with the living room that has a sofa bed and television and the balcony. The outdoor space is an attraction in itself, there is a large kiosk with a barbecue and pool table.
