Morada do Preto is located in a rural area with a privileged view of the preservation area of the Serra do Tabuleiro State Park. Great for those who want to relax in the middle of nature. The house has a bedroom with air conditioning, a living room attached to the full kitchen, a well-ventilated balcony, and an outdoor area with a barbecue grill and pool. The space We are situated in a privileged area with a lot of comfort for those who want to relax. Because it is the penultimate house of servitude, we have great privacy and contact with the nature that surrounds us. The house is on the second floor, but has independent entrance. It has an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single one. The kitchen is complete with a four burner stove, fridge with freezer, blender, pots, dishes, and the basics so you can prepare a delicious meal. The space is integrated with the living room, which features a sofa bed and TV and the balcony. The outdoor space is an attraction apart, there is a large kiosk with BBQ and pool table. Guest access In addition to independent access to the house, they can access the Wifi, which is complimentary. Other things to note We are situated 5 minutes walking from the center/beach.
