Fastuc B&B

Fastuc B&B is born because we believe in marginal, quiet, resilient places. The property is brand new and offers a kitchen/breakfast area and a common lounge. Outside there are 3 hectares of lawn, the forest, and Mount Dolada. Fastuc is an opportunity for us to share the peace of home with others and to tell those who do not know the area of the Belluno Dolomites. We tried to sow, in every room, ideas to explore the area: you only have to ask. The space Our house is located at the foot of the Dolomites, just off the highway to Belluno, and is secluded and surrounded by greenery. The location is strategic, an hour's drive from Venice and Cortina d'Ampezzo, making it an excellent base for trying out many activities, from windsurfing to paragliding. On the first floor, three well-lit rooms offer a view of the three hectares of land surrounding the house. Two rooms are double rooms, and one is a single room, but it can become a double room if necessary. In the evening, you can spot deer, roe deer, mouflon, and sometimes a fox. On the ground floor, a large living room is available to guests, along with a bright breakfast room. Here you will find books, board games, informational material, and a series of images to inspire your next exploration. We are always available for advice; just ask. Linen is provided. The windows are equipped with blackout curtains and mosquito nets, and for your comfort, we will provide you with sleep masks. Guest access A huge outdoor garden, with parking available free of charge. The B&B offers independent access, with a shared living room and kitchen reserved for guests. The rooms and bathrooms are private, ensuring comfort and privacy. Outside, breakfast tables are available for guests. We live in the portion of the house next door, ensuring discretion and tranquility. During your stay We live next door, and we can be contacted either by ringing the doorbell or by phone. Other things to note We have a small child, a dog and a (wild) cat.
