This modern studio is located in the city of Zurich in front of the forest and can be also used as home office during your COVID-19. If you are looking for a quiet area which is near the airport, close to the ETH and the city centre, this place is perfect for you. The forest near by is good for nature loving vistors. It can be reached in 5 min and a 20 min walk will grant a breathaking view over the whole city. The space The little studio is splitted in 2 parts, a living and a sleeping area. There is a big dining table with comportable seats which can be used as working area as well. There is also a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. The WiFi is free to use with a very strong signal and available in the whole house such as the garden area in front of the house. Guest access The private terrace can be used for barbecuing and is not used by others. You will receive the house key in order to enter the main door, the studio is located on the ground floor. So you got definetly your privacy. Other things to note As garbage kann be throw away in the special payable white Zürich Sacks only - please leave it in the room dont use the container outside the house.
