Description

Apu Lodge is a charming bed and breakfast with 9 rooms located at the base of Apu Pinkuylluna, a sacred mountain in the town of Ollantaytambo. It is a 5 minute walk from the town square, down a peaceful pedestrian cobble-stone street lined with a water babbling aqueduct. The unique and picturesque town town of Ollantaytambo is close to nearby attractions such as Machu Picchu, Salineras, Maras, Moray, Pisaq, the Inca quarries, Pumamarka and communities of Huilloc and Patakancha. The space Our beautiful corner of Ollantaytambo is a retreat from the bustle of the train station and town square, set in beautiful gardens with hammocks and hummingbirds. Guest access Guests have access to the gardens, reception and restaurant but not the kitchen. During your stay Our reception is open from 7.30am to 9pm and almost always staffed by a receptionist who speaks English as well as Spanish, and often Quechua (the indigneous language of the Incas) too. Other things to note Twin rooms have both a double and single bed. Please let us know if you only need one double or queen-size bed. Prices include a healthy, full breakfast, taxes, wifi and luggage transfer to and from the plaza, 5 minutes walk away along our Inca street. All rooms have a private bathroom.
