Room/bath 1 is located in the most turistic part of Lima, in Miraflores, just 1 block from 5 star Hilton hotel and between main attractions "Larcomar"(7 blocks) and "Kennedy Park"(5blocks) with many well known restaurants. Casinos "Atlantic" and "Fiesta" are 2 blocks from it. The appartment(2 rooms/2baths) has just been 100%refurnished with a cozy and beautifull style, internet(20MB), inmediate hot water 24 hours, netflix, kitchen,laundry and ironning. Rooftop Pool.(Available from 25 december) The offer is for the Room 1 with his private bathroom for 1 or 2 guesses. There is another room in the appartment for 1 or 2 guesses. It could be reservated as well. Nobody lives in the appartment and it has been 100% refurnished with an international interior designer , so it's really organized ,clean, cozy, elegant and beautifull!
