Smoking is allowed only on the terrace 🤫 Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 p.m. 🚗 Parking: Free spaces are located right in front of the house (also suitable for large company vehicles/vans). ❄️ Cooling: As is common in Germany, there is no air conditioning. For hot summer days, we provide fans for you to use. 🧹 Independence: This is a private property, not a hotel. There is no daily cleaning or front desk—you enjoy complete independence.
