Located in "Villa California" route 1 km 5.5, just 1 km from Rincón village, about 15 km from the city of Santa Fe capital and 28 km from the city of Paraná. Guest access It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a kitchen (with a refrigerator and freezer), a dining room (with air conditioning), and a bathroom (with a bathtub). No sheets or towels are provided. 20x86m parkland, 10x5m pool, volleyball court, ping pong table, covered garage and gallery with barbecue. Other things to note Before check-in, a contract is signed along with the corresponding inventory and a sum of money must be paid as a security deposit. Pool maintenance and gardening services are included. Electricity consumption during the stay will be paid by the tenant in the months of December, January, February and March. For the rest of the year it will be included, as long as it does not exceed the normal consumption parameters. In the event that consumption is excessive, the payment will be exclusively borne by the tenant.
