Excellent apartment with two en-suites, toilet, kitchen, living room, balcony, on Prainha block 80 meters from the beach or 2 minutes walking. The space The apartment is cozy, well planned, airy, modern and spacious, accommodates 6 people very well. The apartment is on the third floor and has a safety net. The apartment has two en-suites: One en-suite has a wardrobe designed for two people, with mirrors inside the doors, hangers, 6 drawers, a place to put luggage and all your belongings, a queen-size bed, fan and air-conditioning (heating and cooling); the en-suite bathroom has a closet, hand shower, mirror and shower stall with hot water; behind the door, we keep an ironing board. In the wardrobe, we have a frescobol game, card game, record player, dominoes, Real Estate Market game, children's games and puzzles for guests' entertainment. In the other en-suite, there is a 1,200 W hair dryer 200 W and an electric iron. This en-suite also has a wardrobe designed for two people, just like the first one, with hangers, 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed, ceiling fan and air-conditioning, bathroom with cabinet, hand shower, shower stall and shower with hot water. We have a laundry room with a closet and a hand shower that serves people who sleep in the living room. The kitchen is American and consists of a frost free refrigerator, water purifier (cold and natural water), stove, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, crockery and utensils (plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and cutlery. In the kitchen cabinet, there is coffee, sugar and salt. The living room has an integrated balcony and has a sofa bed for two people, 3 stools, rack, ceiling fan and two benches. The lowest countertop works as a table and has 4 chairs, we have 4 separate plastic benches. The highest bench has a triple socket, where 3 notebooks can be used. A 50-inch 4K Smart TV is installed on the rack, with integrated Chromecast, Android system and voice command, with Netflix. Also in the living room, we have a corner for children with some toys and children's books, and we put a puff where toys for children from 3 to 6 years old are stored. There is Wi-Fi in the entire apartment. Service area with a washing sink, washing machine, closet with cleaning supplies and clothes drying rack. We have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. It has 1 private parking space marked with the apartment number (304). Bring toiletries. Bed and bath linens are included in the daily rate. If guests want to bring their own bed and bath linens, a discount will be given on the total amount. Replacement of bed and bath linens will be charged separately. We have 3 double microfiber blankets and 1 single for colder days. There is a First Aid Kit on top of the kitchen cabinet, in the kitchen, on the door above the microwave. For safety, we keep two LED flashlights in the closet above the tank, After booking is confirmed, guests must send their full names, official ID number, and license plate and model of the car if using the parking lot. Entering the lobby, following to the right there is a faucet that you can use to remove the sand from the beach from your feet. We kindly ask you to remove the sand from the chairs and the umbrella as well. Trash should be disposed of in the building's trash cans. There is a trash can in the second floor garage and another in the ground floor garage. The Condominium has its rules and we must live cordially with the neighborhood respecting the rules of the condominium, such as not making noise after 10 p.m. We do not accept pets. Please do not leave food scraps in pots or containers in the refrigerator or microwave, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink, and before leaving, collect the trash and put it in the building's condominium trash can. Guest access You will only be able to park in our apartment's parking space. Other things to note We placed two flashlights in the closet located above the tank, just as a precaution and for safety.
