The space The house is located in a condominium with 24-hour surveillance. The place is pleasant, safe and quiet, providing interaction with nature. The property offers all the necessary structure and comfort. It is ideal for rest and gatherings with friends and family. Guests have at their disposal an excellent leisure area that is totally private to the house. I DO NOT RENT FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS THAT MAY DISTURB THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Guest access Access to all areas of the property. Other things to note Loud sounds, noise and crowds during the day and at night that may disturb the neighbors are prohibited, under penalty of a fine. Speed limit allowed on the condominium streets: 30 km/h. As can be seen in the photos, the house is not fully walled. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed as long as previously authorized by the host. They must be on a leash when circulating in the common areas. Household garbage collection is carried out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If the guest checks out outside of these days, they must take the garbage to the collective garbage dump that is next to the entrance. To avoid water shortages, especially in summer, guests should use it rationally, avoiding waste and shortages.
