Studio42 provides a stylish and spacious space with everything one requires for a comfortable stay. Situated within 20 minutes of Auckland airport, Studio42 makes a great stopover for travelers. Studio42 is located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to park and inlet walkways. It is complemented by great cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all within a short walk or drive. The space offers complimentary WIFI, a large TV, comfortable Queen size bed, modern bathroom and desk space. The space Studio42 is a smoke-free and pet-free modern sun-drenched guesthouse. Studio42 is two-storied presenting a lovely living space downstairs, complete with couch, dining table and chairs and a well equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and airfryer in one, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. Relax on the couch and soak up the sun and the views out to the family pool (unfortunately the pool is not for Guest use though). Venture upstairs to a large room with a comfortable Queen size bed (perfectly made for a single or a couple), quality linen and towels and a very comfortable couch which converts to a sofa bed. (Please request via messaging if the sofa bed is needing to be made up with linen). The upstairs is complete with a desk and chair for all your work needs. The Air conditioning unit/heat pump will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Studio42 is located at the rear of our property with a private entrance for your convenience and a free off-street parking space. Guest access Studio42 is standalone guest accommodation located at the rear of our main home with a key safe allowing 24/7 access. Other things to note We are happy to help out with any advice on getting out and about around Auckland.
