Shared outdoor heated pool and hot tub that is open during summer and winter seasons only, private men's and women's saunas, underground parking, a common area laundry and free high-speed wi-fi. 2 monitor / keyboard / mouse setups (laptops not provided). The space This condo is ~1,000 feet from the lifts (you can see one of the lifts from the balcony and in the cover photo of the listing). This condo features premium WiFi with download speeds of up to 1200 Mbps, which should be sufficient to hold up several zoom calls, Netflix and a handful of phones all at the same time, and is much better than the WiFi offered throughout the rest of the condo building. The condo is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this your home away from home throughout your stay. The bathrooms have hotel-sized shampoo/soap/conditioner bottles. The bunk bed in the second bedroom has full-sized mattresses on top and bottom. The parking pass works for the uncovered parking spots directly outside the building as well as the covered parking garage steps away. **SUMMER BOOKINGS: THERE IS AN A/C UNIT IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ONLY** Please note that the fireplace does not function, and the TV has Netflix and other streaming services but no cable. Also, the common-area laundry requires quarters.
