Rooftop balcony Guests are welcome to use the facilities subject to the operation hours. KK Mart (convenient store) is located at lobby and there are more groceries stores and money changer located at the next building (Mercu Summer Suites). The building has 24-hour security surveillance assuring you peace of mind during your stay. Other things to note (1) [Registration] For security purposes, valid photo identification is required before check-in for all guests/visitors. Acceptable forms include a driving license, passport, etc. (2) [Number of Check in Guest] We only allowed the number of guest check-in according to Guest Itinerary. Guests must declare if the occupants are not the same as the booking name. No other guests other than declared and management reserved the right to evict undeclared guests during the stay. (3) [Security Deposit] An amount of RM300.00 Security Deposit is required upon check in. Refund of the Security Deposit is subject to inspection of the apartment upon check out and the return of all room card and keys. Guest with good reviews will be exempted from this requirement. (4) [Early Check In & Late Check Out] Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. Additional charges will be applied for early check-in or late check-out (if any). (5) [Indoor/Outdoor Cleanliness] Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in a clean and sanitary fashion. This responsibility includes the interior of the apartment and the outside area surrounding the apartment. The apartment and furnishings should be kept in a clean and sanitary condition so as not to cause. Please take GOOD care of our apartment same as your own home. (6) [Outdoor Shoe] No Outdoor Shoe walking inside the house. (7) [Smoking] All guest rooms are 100% NO SMOKING (THE ENTIRE BUILDING, UNIT AND BALCONY IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE). RM500.00 additional ozone cleaning fee will be charged towards the guest who violates the smoking policy. (8) [Moving Furniture] Guests are not allowed to re-arrange any interior furniture as it may cause damages to the furniture and also the flooring. (9) [Switch Off Power] Please make sure to switch off all air-conditioners and lights before leaving the apartment. Save our mother earth. (10) [Stains & Damages] Any damage or stubborn stains caused by guest on our linen or towels, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, painting, hair dryer, iron, etc may attract additional cleaning treatment cost which will be borne by guest. (11) [Video/Photo Shooting] To use the apartment for the purpose of accommodation only. We are not allowed other purposes other than declared, for example friends **visiting, gathering events, party, celebration, photo shoot or video shooting** in the apartment. Management reserved the right to take any action it deems necessary if any guest violates the policy. (12) [Access Card/Parking Card] Guests are responsible for the access card and car park card (if any) given on arrival. There will be a charge of RM300 per card for any damages or loss of access card and car park card. (13) [Pets] No pets are allowed in the apartment. RM500.00 additional cleaning fee will be charged towards the guest who violates this policy. (14) [Durian & Mangosteens] No Durian & Mangosteens are allowed in the apartment. RM500.00 additional cleaning fee will be charged towards the guest who violates this policy. (15) [Disposal of Rubbish] All the garbage is only allowed to dispose in the designed area (Garbage room). RM300 will be fined by the building management if caught throwing/ place garbage in anywhere. (16) [Guest's Valuables] Guests are responsible for owned valuables’ safety therefore please kindly keep your valuables properly during your stay. (17) [Lost of any items provided by property] Loss of any linens, electrical appliances and any other necessary amenities provided by the property will result in deduction of the security deposit. (18) [Swimming Pool Rules] Please kindly take a good care of your own towels if you go to the swimming pool. We are not responsible for any loss or towel have been exchanged with other guest. RM 50.00 additional will be applied for any loss or exchanged of towel. Please noted that there will be additional charges for any violations of the houserules above and security deposit will be charged with any additional charges if any.
