Nico's little house

It is a very comfortable house for 5 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends. We offer basic electricity, water and gas services. We also have wifi and Direct TV. The house is located on the southern slope of Cerro Otto offering a beautiful view of it. You can also see the view of Cerro Catedral, Cerro Ventana and Cerro Carbón. The house is located ten minutes from downtown by car and 5 minutes from Lake Gutierrez. The area is a quiet and safe place. The space The space is comfortable and warm for a pleasant stay in Bariloche. The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. It also has a huge patio where you can see the view of Cerro Otto, Cerro Catedral, Cerro Ventana and Cerro Carbón. Guest access The rooms are available according to the number of inhabitants. As for the kitchen and living/dining room, they have free access as well as the patio. Other things to note The house's grounds are currently under construction. Even so, those who work on the land are trusted people who will respect the privacy of the tenants.
