This unique, cozy apartment is located in the famous Alkmaar national monument 'Het Huis met de Kogel', located directly opposite Boutique Hotel LUTTIK. This special accommodation has its own unique style. The space The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the first, second and third floors of the building. On the first floor, you will find a hall with a coat rack and a cozy double bedroom (Kingsize Hastens bed (180-210), possibly made up as two single beds) with stained glass windows and views of the old city. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, sink, a separate toilet and a washing machine room. On the second floor, you enter the nice living room with a beamed ceiling. There is a double linen sofa bed in the sitting area, a TV, a desk, a six-person dining table and an open kitchen with Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, induction hob, dishwasher and refrigerator. On the spacious third (attic) floor, there is a beautiful large double bedroom with a king size Hastens bed (180-210), a freestanding bathtub, a sink and a separate toilet. From this room you have a view over the famous Alkmaarse Waag and the cheese market! Guest access The front door of the apartment is located on the first floor of Het Huis met de Kogel. Other things to note The apartment is located in a centuries-old monumental building with old, steep (irregular) stairs. Unfortunately, this makes the apartment inaccessible to people with walking difficulties. The apartment is in the middle of the cozy old town of Alkmaar. City sounds are therefore audible in the building. Just in case, earplugs are available in the bedrooms.
