1BR treelined, sun-drenched, recently renovated, fully furnished loft in Bogota. 1 full bathroom with walk-in closet, fully furnished kitchen, integrated dinning and living spaces; ample western facing windows and amazing wood fireplace! The space The building was designed by Álvaro Giraldo, a Colombian architect whose austere and elegant work is representative of Colombian contemporary architecture. The apartment was recently remodeled by Julián Molina, also a Colombian architect. Every detail has been carefully conceived to be comfortable and functional. All materials, appliances, and household items are of high quality. The lighting has been designed to create unique atmospheres for different occasions. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been designed to provide a great experience for those who enjoy cooking. The dining/living room has elegant and comfortable furniture and a fireplace that adds a warm and restful touch to this space. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a set of reading lights, a LCD TV, and access to a balcony sheltered with an array of plants that are framed by a peaceful view of trees. WiFi internet access and a fixed line are provided. We do not have Cable TV. The apartment has a guest bathroom and a master bathroom preceded by a walking closet. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and liquid hands soap are provided. There is also a small compartment with a washing/drying machine, a clothesline, and a laundry. The apartment has assigned one parking spot and, additionally, the building has six parking spots for visitors. Private security is 24-7. Guest access 100% of the space is for your use. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the place. Upon arrival an authorized person will welcome you, show you the place, give you the apartment's keys and a copy of the inventory list. Also, this person will provide you with a list of emergency numbers and useful information about the neighborhood and the city. The day of check out, the same person will receive the keys and will perform a review the inventory. Other things to note Detailed instructions on how certain appliances work as well as the location of the different household items will be provided. For stays over a week, an authorized person will come to the apartment every Thursday at 9:00AM to do general cleaning, change the sheets and towels, water the plants, and replenish cleaning and personal care products. The cost of these maintenance tasks as well as that of the products is already included in the price you pay for your stay. We only accept requests from users with a complete profile. The reservation process, including all communications, are carried out through the Airbnb platform. Please refrain from any attempt to circumvent the formal protocol. The price is set according to the high quality of the apartment, its location, and the cost of comparable options in the market.
