Upper floor apartment (stair access) for 5 people. 2 bedrooms with smart TV, internet and air-conditioning (1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed) 1 bathroom; Full kitchen with Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Blender and basic utensils. There is no sandwich maker. * We do not provide bed linen, bath towels, hygiene items or cleaning. * We do not have closed parking, vacancies are on the street. * Pets allowed as long as specified in the pets field. The space Mar de Bali Flats and Apartments is located on Toninhas Beach, approximately 350 meters from the sea. Our building has 13 apartments divided into 3 floors, accessed via stairs. We don't have closed parking. Parking is on the street. However, the street is a dead end and is usually quiet. The apartments are practical and functional with internet, smart TV, air-conditioning, compact kitchen with basic utensils and a balcony with a water tank. We do not offer bed and bath linens, but we have partners who rent linens at an additional cost. Guest access The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a tank. The environments are for exclusive use and are not shared. Shared areas are just the circulation spaces outside the apartment, such as stairs, corridors. Other things to note We are in a period of renovations until November 2025, so our rates are promotional. During this period there may be noise and circulation of materials in the external areas.
