Our apartment is new, located in front of an excellent beach, with natural pools. For Carnival 2021, we have a new package for the dates of February 12 to February 17, in the amount of $12,500.00 - Best Location for you to enjoy your carnival with total safety! The space Your oceanfront paradise is located in the Ondina neighborhood, in the Ondina Apart Hotel and Residence Building, on the 8th floor, with an excellent view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. We propose to rent for days, and for weeks, and during the carnival period we will have a special package for the carnival date. R$10,500 This excellent bedroom and living room apartment has a fantastic sea view!! The apartment features: an equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa bed in the living room; 1 LCD TV (in the living room and another in the bedroom) with basic cable TV package offered by the hotel; New air-conditioning installed! The windows are "double" to protect a little more from the heat, all have curtains and blackout; the apartment's Wi-Fi internet is private (GVT 25MG); in the bedroom closet there is a safe and iron for ironing clothes….. The bedroom bed is king size, with differentiated ceiling lighting for romantic nights!! Super comfortable mattress. The hotel offers a daily cleaning and housekeeping service (basic) for the apartment (not depending on it, the owner of the apartment cannot be charged in case of problems with this service). Guests staying in this wonderful and comfortable apartment will also have 1 parking space available. The Ondina Apart infrastructure offers: 24-hour reception and security, internet service, swimming pools (for adults and children), sauna, restaurant, bar, large terrace facing the sea and facing the avenue), sports court, business center, party room, barbecue, garage with valet, shops (beauty salon, car rental companies,….) ….. direct access to the beach. Guests will have free access to the swimming pools and sauna. Access to the fitness center and tennis court is paid separately. Laundry and breakfast services are extras and, as such, will be paid to the hotel. The guest rings the bell of the gate that gives access to the beach and the security guard will open the gate for the guest.
