House with gourmet area in condo near the beach

Our 350m2 house sleeps 12 people in beds. We have a gourmet space with barbecue and rooms with a balcony. We are in a high-end gated community just a few meters from Iporanga Beach, which can be accessed on foot. The space After parking in the garage, there will be a walkway that gives access to the house. On the same level, right at the entrance, there is a large room divided into two environments: living room and dining room. On the same floor, there is also 1 double suite, toilet, full kitchen and a gourmet space with barbecue and wood stove. Down the stairs we have a living room with TV and a bathroom. In addition, on this floor, we have 4 bedrooms: 2 rooms with two treliches each, and 2 suites, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms have a balcony and the other spaces have large windows, which provide close contact with nature around the house. We provide WI-FI for those who want to do a home office and 3 car spaces in the garage of the house Guest access Our condo is very secure and private. It offers beach service, prompt medical care and 24-hour security. The house has stairs to the lower floor, therefore, care is requested with children, the elderly and people with reduced mobility. Other things to note The entrance to the condominium is 2.8 km from the house. The location in this ad refers to the house, and the location of the condominium entrance will be sent by our team. Access to the beach is controlled and has a daily limit of people. However, staying at our house allows access to the beach without waiting in line. There is a market/store at the condominium entrance, for more convenience to guests. There is also emergency medical care on site. We provide bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and blankets. The condominium offers beach service, providing 2 umbrellas and 8 chairs. There are child safety screens on the stairs and on some windows. There are no screens on the balconies. Small pets are allowed, upon request.
