The space The Suite is on a high third floor, designed in a modern and minimalist style, with everything you need to make your stay pleasant, practical and with the privacy you need. It has a living room, dining room, open-style kitchen, a guest bathroom, a private bedroom with bathroom, and a spacious terrace with access from the living room and bedroom, which has a beautiful night view of the city. Ideal for single people or with your partner, and the best thing is that its use is exclusively for the suite. The bedroom has a closet, bathroom and shower with hot water. The bed is a large double, with an orthopedic mattress of the highest quality. I have provided it with sheets, pillows, bath towels, iron, hair dryer and personal toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances, cutlery and crockery for 2 people, glasses, jugs, cups, knife, spoon, strainer, corkscrew, and ladle, pots, pan, blender, coffee maker, microwave, chopping board, juicer and salad bowl. All in excellent condition and clean. It also has a washer-dryer in case you need it. All areas have air conditioning for your comfort on hot Guayaquil afternoons. As a courtesy I have left drinks in the refrigerator, on the kitchen shelves you can find coffee, sugar, tea envelopes, oil, salt and toast, and on the counter a basket of seasonal fruits that I hope you enjoy. Guest access The apartment is complete, it does not have common areas. You have everything you need inside the apartment. And the important thing is that the terrace is exclusively for you. Other things to note The Suite is located on a high third floor. To access it, you will have to climb stairs. We welcome you with a seasonal fruit basket. The garage is included in the price.
