Outdoor areas may be used until 10:00 PM, but please stay quiet both indoors and outdoors between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. ②No entry or overnight stay by anyone not included in the booking. ③No possession or use of hazardous materials or illegal drugs. ④No drinking or smoking by guests under the age of 20. ⑤No activities in violation of Saitama Prefecture’s Youth Protection Ordinance. ※ If any of the above are violated, we may ask you to leave the premises immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. 🔞 Age Restrictions & Parental Consent In accordance with our safety policies and accommodation terms, we have the following age-related conditions for staying at our property: ・Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to stay without adult supervision. ・If all guests are under 18, a parental consent form is required for each guest. ・If all guests are aged 18–19, only the representative guest must submit a parental consent form.
