Tobogganing available! 🤫 We seek quiet, respectful guests. The space This completely renovated and fully furnished 2½-room apartment on the first floor of a traditional chalet is a dream come true! Everything is cosy and lovingly furnished with lots of wood – you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The absolutely quiet location with views of the countryside, nestled in the mountains and away from traffic and the main road to the Brünig Pass, ensures maximum relaxation from the very first moment. Living & Sleeping The living room features a comfortable sofa – ideal for reading, watching films or simply unwinding. The separate bedroom has a large king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with high-quality boxspring mattresses, guaranteeing restful nights after an active day in the mountains. Kitchen & Balcony The apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired – whether it's a quick breakfast or a cosy dinner for two. From the kitchen and living room, you step directly onto the spacious, sunny balcony. Here you'll find a dining table and a small seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with panoramic views of the surrounding mountain landscape or winding down peacefully in the evening. Location & Getting Here Chalet Oasis is located in Bürglen, between the popular tourist destinations of Interlaken and Lucerne. Kaiserstuhl OW train station is a 17-minute walk away – we generally recommend arriving by car, as this also gives you the flexibility to explore the surrounding area. A free parking space is provided for your car. Good to Know The apartment is designed exclusively for 2 guests – perfect for couples or solo travellers looking to treat themselves to something special. We value quiet, respectful guests who appreciate our peaceful surroundings. Noisy activities or disturbing behaviour are not welcome, so that everyone can fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Guest access If you are travelling by car, we have a parking space for you right next to the main entrance. Access to the flat is via a short 7-step staircase. The staircase is wide and of course has a handrail. The house key is deposited in a key safe directly at the entrance on the left. The access code will be sent to you 24-48 hours before your arrival. Other things to note ☀️ Lake Lungeren – right on your doorstep Bürglen is situated on the beautiful Lake Lungeren, known for its crystal-clear, emerald-green water – a true hidden gem! The lakeside beach is just a 10-minute walk away and free to use. There's also a large fire pit with complimentary firewood for cosy evenings by the lake. In winter, the shoreline invites you for atmospheric walks, and when temperatures drop, the frozen lake offers a breathtaking sight. For fishing enthusiasts, the "Fischerparadies Lungernsee" is a real highlight – year-round you can obtain fishing permits, rent equipment and even hire fishing boats. ❄️ Ski areas in winter Three varied ski areas are just a short drive away: → Hasliberg (18 min.) – Impressive altitude and challenging runs including black slopes. Great variety for advanced skiers. → Mörlialp (23 min.) – Compact and particularly family-friendly, ideal for beginners and young children. Affordable lift tickets. → Melchsee-Frutt (30 min.) – Nestled in the mountains and exceptionally snow-sure, perfect for guaranteed powder. Both Mörlialp and Melchsee-Frutt also offer tobogganing for extra winter fun. 🗺️ Day trips & experiences The region offers an abundance of rewarding day trips: Interlaken, Harder Kulm, the Jungfraujoch region, Titlis, Lucerne with its iconic Chapel Bridge, the Ballenberg Open-Air Museum showcasing traditional Swiss architecture and craftsmanship, the spectacular Giessbach Falls on Lake Brienz, or Mount Pilatus with the world's steepest cogwheel railway. The Stanserhorn with its unique open-top CabriO gondola is also well worth a visit. Fans of the Netflix series "Crash Landing on You" will find the famous filming location just a 12-minute walk from the chalet – with stunning views over the lake. A magnet for visitors from around the world! E-bike routes around Lake Lungeren and over the Brünig Pass, as well as visits to local alpine cheese dairies, round off the experience. The railway line over the Brünig Pass is also an official panoramic route – making train travel an experience in itself. Kaiserstuhl OW train station is a 15-minute walk away. The Brünig panoramic railway passes right by your doorstep.
