Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual usage (6 THB/unit for electricity, 40 THB/unit for water). Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking to enjoy a peaceful stay near one of Phuket’s most beautiful beaches. Guest access The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, iron, ironing board, Wi fi. Other things to note • Electricity and water are charged based on actual usage (6 THB/unit for electricity, 40 THB/unit for water). • For stays longer than 12 days, we are happy to offer a complimentary weekly cleaning. Additional cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is available for 1,200 THB. • Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. If possible, we’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out free of charge, provided no guests are checking in right after you. • If you haven’t requested a baby crib and high chair or an extra bedding set for the sofa at least 2 days before arrival, we can arrange delivery after check-in for an additional fee of 1 000 THB. • We are happy to organize airport transfers for you. Our driver will meet you at the exit with a name sign. • Daytime (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM): 1,600 THB If you plan to come on your own, please save the location using GPS so you can show it to the driver. Taxi drivers often ask for a hotel phone number, but since we are not a hotel, we may not be able to explain directions by phone. Please do not give our phone number to the driver unless it’s an emergency — and remember that we rest at night too :) • We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed as per condominium rules. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (fine: 5,000 THB). Please use the balcony if you wish to smoke.
