Historic Farm House -Countryside & Sea View-
Description
Welcome to an authentic 19th-century Gallurese stazzo, a timeless retreat immersed in the purest nature of Sardinia. Here you will not hear traffic, horns or chaos. Only the wind among the olive trees, the scent of Mediterranean scrub and a silence that regenerates. The house preserves the original charm of Gallurese tradition: stone walls, interior arches, ceilings with wooden beams and reed matting that tell stories of another era. Every detail conveys authenticity and warmth. The space This 19th-century Gallurese stazzo is not simply a house: it is an authentic fragment of Sardinia, preserved in the silence of nature. Its stone walls tell the story of time, while the wooden beams and the reed ceiling create a warm and enveloping atmosphere that is felt as soon as you cross the threshold. The entrance leads into a large, bright room where the living area and dining area coexist in an airy space, dominated by an elegant white fireplace that becomes the heart of the house. Light generously enters through the windows overlooking the greenery, drawing soft shadows on the light terracotta floor. The large wooden table invites long convivial dinners, while the sofa bed, discreet and functional, offers additional comfort to host friends or family. The kitchen, intimate yet complete, maintains a simple and authentic style. The gas cooktop, oven and refrigerator allow you to easily prepare dishes to enjoy indoors or under the veranda. The light surfaces and tiles in natural tones integrate perfectly with the rustic character of the house, maintaining a balance between tradition and practicality. The sleeping area preserves the same harmony. The master bedroom is spacious and quiet, furnished with a wrought iron bed that recalls local craftsmanship. The exposed beams and the window open onto the greenery provide a feeling of deep peace, the kind you experience when falling asleep far from any artificial noise. The second bedroom, with two single beds also in wrought iron, is bright and welcoming, perfect for children or friends. The warm colors of the fabrics interact with the wood of the doors and wardrobes, creating an environment that is simple yet carefully curated. The bathroom is functional and tidy, equipped with a shower and a window that guarantees natural light and air circulation, always maintaining a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. Outside, the house opens onto a covered veranda that becomes a true extension of the indoor spaces. Under the wooden roof, the round solid wood table is the perfect place for slow breakfasts, lunches in the shade and dinners illuminated by the warm light of sunset. A little further on, a relaxation area with rattan seating invites you to pause with a book or a coffee, surrounded only by greenery. The garden extends naturally around the house, among olive trees, ancient stones and Mediterranean scrub. It is not a formal garden, but an authentic space, wild enough to make you feel immersed in true Gallura. Here time slows down, the air smells of earth and sun, and the feeling is that of having a corner of Sardinia all to yourself. Registration Details IT090092C2000R8611
