Located in a region surrounded by eucalyptus forest and native forest, Sítio Canadá is the ideal place to relax, reconnect with nature and create unforgettable memories. Far from the urban hustle and bustle, the ranch offers a unique experience in an exclusive space for guests — perfect for those seeking peace, comfort and direct contact with nature. The space With 100,000 m² of area totally surrounded by nature and without close neighbors, Sítio Canadá guarantees privacy and silence. The main house has 400 m² and has 6 bedrooms (4 master suites), a living room with a fireplace, a large balcony, a toilet, an equipped kitchen, a pantry and an independent service area. The outdoor area is a real invitation to leisure: spacious swimming pool (140,000 liters!) — completely renovated in September 2025 — fire pit area, barbecue grills, pizza oven, wood-burning stove, grassy sports field, children's playground and a large lawn ideal for outdoor activities. The surroundings also have well-kept dirt roads, perfect for hiking and cycling in the midst of nature. Other things to note • Maximum capacity: 16 people (including children). • Internet via Starlink and streaming device compatible with pay-TV services. • Power generator to keep refrigerators, internet and TV in operation in case of lack of light. • Electrical voltage: 220V. • Bed linens are NOT provided. • The site is NOT prepared for larger events. Smaller events are subject to specific rules and restrictions that must be consulted in advance with the host, and can only be held upon written acceptance of a Liability Waiver. • The site has a resident housekeeper and employee responsible for domestic services, whose hiring and presence are MANDATORY during the stay, upon payment of daily rate(s) directly to them. • The security service can be contracted separately, upon prior consultation. • Pets are allowed ONLY upon consultation and prior authorization from the host, respecting the maximum limit informed and specific rules for pets.
