The space THE HOUSE It´s a fully renovated century home , reformed respecting its original architecture. It is on the first floor, without elevator. It is centrally located just three blocks from Rivadavia Avenue and Río de Janeiro corner. Enjoy easy access to subway lines and several buses to all points of the city. Fully equipped kitchen for the use of guests where you can also take your meals. We have a terrace with chairs, table and a barbecue that you may use. There is a wide space for lugagge. It's appreciated if there's no smoking inside the house but you may smoke in the balcony or in the terrace. We seek to provide the greatest comfort for the guests based on respect and their particular needs. In the area you have bars, restaurants, supermarkets and takeaway food stores as well as shoppings and two beautiful parks. THE ROOM Comfortable bedroom with a private balcony and a private bathroom. It has air conditioning, heating, TV and Wi-Fi. Bedroom key. It has a closet with shelves and space to hang and fold away clothes. The room has a double bed , a light table, a work table and a couple of chairs. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink, and is stocked with clean towels and an assortment of toiletries. This room is oriented towards an interior yard, so it is not exposed to direct street noice. Guest access Free access to the common places of the house (terrace, kitchen, laundry), and all the kitchen’s equipment: microwave, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, fridge, etc. The kitchen includes a comfortable kitchen table where you can take your meals or just stay there. During your stay We love to talk with our guests about food, books, tango, cities and places to visit and to help them to move around if that is what they need and like, we are at home most of the time. However guests have the keys and the control of their time. We talk English and Spanish. Other things to note You may leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. We have a cat and two dogs. You must climb stairs. One floor.
