Large and cozy house in front of Expominas.

The house is in front of Expominas (next to the Gameleira Exhibition Park) side street Av. Amazonas (several bus lines 2 min), Rua da Estação Gameleira (access to the subway 5 min), 10 min from the center and 20 min from Pampulha. Anyone who knows how to respect people and the environment is very welcome. The accommodation is shared but the rooms are individual. The space READ CAREFULLY: - I do not deal outside of the app and do not provide phone number and/or residence address before the reservation completed (after the reservation Airbnb itself makes this information available). -I have 2 bedrooms (check availability) both have a double bed, I have a double mattress available as well. So to accommodate 6 guests, every two people will have to sleep together. - I have all the utensils and are available. - If there is interest in booking for more than 6 guests, interested parties can send me a message, depending on the dates I can provide up to 8 places in beds. - Bed and bath linens are provided, but I ask guests to be careful especially with makeup, if the clothes made available are stained, you will be charged a part to replenish them. - As no cleaning fee is charged, I ask guests to keep the environment organized and to the extent possible clean. - It is expressly forbidden for anyone other than those included in the reservation to enter or stay in the house. - Please pay attention to checkin and checkout time. To advance the checkin time from 07:00 am on the day of the reservation, an additional amount is charged ( if available). - Checkout should be done on time, considering that there might be other guests arriving the same day. - If necessary, I have no problem keeping the bags until later, however the room must be unoccupied and the keys delivered at checkout time. - We live I, my brother and our dog in the house, so the place is not exclusive to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the house, living room, kitchen, social bathroom, dining room, we have a large service area, the bedroom is single and has a key. During your stay I live in the house, so I may or may not be present. Other things to note I have a small dog who stays indoors, she is very gentle and quiet. If the guest does not like pets and is bothered by my little dog inside the house, I suggest not making the reservation.
