But they are also welcome to enjoy the living room, as well as the other common areas of the apartment. The apartment has a good size kitchen that can be used freely by guests, who can do their shopping and store it in the fridge and cabinets without any problem. Also, if you like to cook, you can also use the stove. *Guests can freely use all common areas - living room, kitchen and its utensils, service area. Just be careful and clean/turn off after use. If you need to, you can use the phone for local calls at no cost, as long as they are not to cell phones. Guests will receive the key to the apartment, so they can come and go whenever they want and without worry, because, in addition to the 24-hour concierge, this region is very safe. The keys must be handed over to the host upon departure, and in case of loss, a new copy or payment of the equivalent amount must be provided - they are more "difficult" keys to make, therefore, more expensive! Other things to note The room accommodates two people, but in the case of a 3rd person, an additional 30% will be charged. Guests will be entitled to bed and bath linens, in addition to the apartment keys, which will be granted upon a deposit of R$90, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay.
