Luxury Home in Guaramiranga

My place is 2.7 km from the city of Guaramiranga and 5 km from Pacoti. You'll love my place, ideal for weekends with families (with kids) and big groups, we have 20 places (maximum capacity) in comfortable box beds. We are available for service only during daytime hours, there is one male and one female employee (not a cook) at no additional cost already included in the daily rate, overtime will be charged after 6 p.m. at the rate of 15.00/h, per employee The space The space includes: A) Main house with 6 en-suite bedrooms, with 14 places in box beds, with a very large room with 3 distinct spacious environments: dining room, Sky TV room, Internet with WiFi and Living room. Large terraces, one with chairs and garden table, and another, external, with balcony and dining table with 10 seats, pantry with large refrigerator, ice maker and linen closet with extra sheets and pool towels, and large kitchen with: table for quick meals, freezer, refrigerator, two stoves (one industrial), electric oven and microwave, four steel kitchen sinks, washer and dryer. B) Annex with a large balcony with table and chairs, and two large suites - mezzanine, where we have in each room 1 King Size bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top C) A spacious deck in the pool area with: Steam sauna, large pool with bathing waterfall, jacuzzi for 8 people, pizza oven, barbecue grill, support stove, living room, dining tables and two full bathrooms. Guest access The entire outdoor area with guest vehicle parking, gardens, streams, doll house, chapel, children's garden toys, small hiking circuit. Other things to note 1. The Jacuzzi runs on butane gas, the consumption of which is not included in the daily rate. Furthermore, to use the equipment, it is necessary to give 24 hours' notice of its use, as the heating is not instantaneous. 2. There is no change of bed linen and towels during the season, however there are some extra sheets and towels in the linen closet for any eventual need in any of the rooms. 3. There is a list of utensils and objects with replacement prices on site, which must be checked by the responsible guest upon arrival and departure. 4. Air conditioning and the Internet are not included in the daily rate, however, guests will not be charged for their use. These may not work satisfactorily during the rental period, as there is fluctuation in the supply of electricity (voltage) in the municipality of Guaramiranga, events beyond the responsibility of the host or the Internet provider.
