A cozy 1500 sq/ft guest suite located in a small community called Lake Country (previously Winfield), and is only a 10 minute drive from the airport, 30 minutes to downtown Kelowna, 30 minutes to downtown Vernon and 50 minutes to both Big White and Silver Star. The space Lake Country is well known for its close proximity to many of the amazing wineries that the Okanagan has to offer - including Blind Tiger, Gray Monk, Ex Nihilo and Arrowleaf Cellars - which are all less than 4km away. There are also several award winning restaurants less than 2 kms from your front door. If groceries are what your after, we are 2km away from local grocery stores and some great health food options as well. Wood lake and Beasley Park are only 5 minutes away as well. The home offers 3 bedrooms - each with a queen sized bed and one bathroom. There is also a pullout bed in one of the bedrooms as well as a single fold up matress. The hot tub seats six, so you can soak those sore muscles away after a fun day on the mountain or just relax and watch the beautiful lake country sunset. Guest access You will have access to the entire ground level suite and the hot tub as well as the fully fenced back yard. Other things to note I live on the property as well, and will be available if needed. I live upstairs with my 9 year old and 2 dogs, so you will likely hear the occasional foot step and the odd bark here and there.
