Guest access The condominium has: Adult and teen game room; Pools Restaurant Dry and wet sauna Beach Club: Provides 2 chairs and 1 umbrella Upon reservation and at a cost: Hydro - 2 people Cinema - 10 people Upon reservation, at no cost: Tennis court (clay) Soccer field Basketball court Use with cost and Host authorization required: Laundry - 1 washing and drying of clothes per day can be used. Other things to note Access to the common areas of the condominium must be done using bracelets that will be provided by the host; losing them incurs the payment of a fee of R$40 to obtain a new one from the administration. The guest must take the other bracelets to the administration to be identified which bracelet will no longer be linked to the apartment. The Cinema and the whirlpool require the host's reservation and involve a cost, in the case of the courts only the reservation by the host is required. The use of the laundry room is also charged, and the usage list must be signed with name and apt on site, with the prior authorization of the host with the administration. If the guest wishes to use this amenity, they must be aware of the office hours of the administration to have access to the laundry room.
