This magical wooden house is immersed in a 12-acre property full of nature where you can enjoy the natural springs water pool, a luxury deck with a hot spa, hydroponic garden, coffee plantations, and the tranquility and privacy that this unique property offers. Take into account that most of our guests regret of having a short stay (2 nights). Ideal for remote work. The space We have a basic fee for up to 4 people, additional guests will have an extra fee. This unique wooden house is special due to its comfortable, roomy and clean bedrooms and its unique deck with hammocks and a hot tub. Embedded in the wild, you can enjoy of the morning chant of the birds, the howl of the monkeys in the afternoon, a natural spring water pool, and numerous hiking trails... all to give you an amazing experience in nature and peace. From different points of the property, you will find a unique view of the Pacific Ocean, the Nicoya's Gulf and its islands. Guest access Guests will have access to parking lot and the house (see information bellow), a main inner fully equipped kitchen and amenities such as: terrace, pool, hot tub, deck with hammocks, hydroponic garden, BBQ ranches and all the gardens and hiking trails around the property. The house allows full accommodation for 12 people. NOTICE: You WON'T share the place with any OTHER GUESTS. AMENITIES -Internet service: 100 Mbps in the house and some of the gardens. - NEW hot tub with a unique view from its enlarged deck. -Pool dimensions: 1.4m depth, 4m width, 14m length. The pool is located down the property. Pool towels are also provided. -Hydroponic greenhouse: You can find different crops such as: tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, celery, kale, eggplant, beet, parsley and more growing there, go ahead and try them! -New trails have been added to our place. Also, we have been working in the old ones to make them more accesible to most of our guests. -NEW epiphyte garden has been added to our place, come and enjoy the different types of bromeliad. -Massage sessions available upon request. We support the development of our community San Rafael de Abangares. Other things to note Please note that my family might be in the property at time of arrival. Kindly note: there is a friendly dog at the property. Her name is: Kira!
