Close to the city center, dispensing with the car for a 10-minute walk. Guest access All access to the house is cleared. Other things to note The house is newly renovated. For Carnival, we only close the package for a minimum of five days. For holidays and New Year, we only rent the package for a minimum number of days, contact us for more information. New Year's package: minimum of 7 days - flexible dates. The house is located at the top of a hill, with a parking space. The street is a dead end, very safe and quiet for parking. Because it is located in an exclusive residential area, loud noise or any noises that may disturb the neighborhood are not allowed.
